When your project gains traction, it's important to know how to manage the applicants that are interested.
Learning to manage your applicants is crucial to choosing the right candidate. We've highlighted (number) of the most important steps to ensure your applicants are all considered.
1. Head over to Skilbi.com, and log into your organization account.
2. At the top of the page, click on the tab "Projects."
3. Hover over your preferred project, and click manage project. This will direct you to a separate tab on your browser.
4. View your applicants, and see what applications are still pending, in-progress, are in the interview process, and who has been selected!
